Healthy “Cookie Dough” Oats

  • Ingredients
  • Oats (quick cook)
  • Stevia sweetener (Truvia)
  • Salt (Himalayan sea salt)
  • Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Enjoy life semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Almond Milk (unsweetened, vanilla)
  • White chocolate wonderful Peanut butter/Biscoff cookie butter (or Nut butter of choice)

Ground 200grams dry oats using a blender. In a Tupperware container mix in dry ingredients (200g oats, 1 tsp salt, 2-4tbsp stevia) and begin adding in wet ingredients (1/4 cup nut butter, 1-1.5 tsp vanilla, 1/2cup almond milk). Slowly add the almond milk as your mix the ingredients, keep the consistency that of a pancake batter. Finally add 1/4 cup chocolate chips and stir together. Place container in freezer for 2hrs or until texture has further thickened. You can leave it in for longer and simple microwave it for 15-20sec and ENJOY!

Healthy Pumpkin “Edible Brownie Mix”

  • Ingredients 
  • Pure pumpkin puree
  • Raw unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Chocolate whey protein powder
  • Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Stevia sweetener (we like Truvia)
  • Pure Vanilla Extract
  • White chocolate wonderful Peanut butter/Biscoff cookie butter (or Nut butter of choice)
  • Almond milk
  • Almond flour

In a bowl mix 1 and 1/2cup pumpkin puree, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/2cup chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp stevia sweetener 1/4 cup nut butter 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp cocoa powder and lastly add 1cup almond milk. Stir the almond milk in slowly to ensure the texture does not become too liquidy. Place in the refrigerator for an hour and ENJOY!

Healthy Cookie Dough Using Chickpeas

  • Ingredients 
  • Unsalted chickpeas 
  • Stevia sweetener (Truvia)
  • Salt (Himalayan sea salt)
  • Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Enjoy life semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Almond Milk (unsweetened, vanilla)
  • White chocolate wonderful Peanut butter/Biscoff cookie butter (or Nut butter of choice)
  1. Strain chickpeas
  2. Put wet ingredients into blender (250grams chickpeas, 1/2cup nut butter,1 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup almond milk) 
  3. Add 1/3 cup chocolate chips and stir
  4. Optional: add 2 tbsp stevia sweetener (or to desired sweetness)
  5. Place bowl in fridge for 2 hours and ENJOY!
