Trying out Jennifer Garner’s Collagen Smoothie!!

We found this recipe on Jennifer Garner's Instagram and had to give it a try!

Here’s our Twi(n)st on a AMAZING wellness smoothie!

#BeWELLSMOOTHIE recipe:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen protein powder (we prefer the Vanilla)

1 tablespoon raw cacao powder 

1 tablespoon Chaga powder (We LOVE Four Sigmatics packets or Om Organic Chaga)

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (Can substitute w/ 1/2 mashed banana or unsweetened apple sauce)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon almond butter (Or peanut butter)

1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (Our favorite is Vanilla Unsweetened)

Handful of fresh spinach

Small handful of ice

Small handful of blueberries ~ 1/4 cup (We prefer Little Wild Blueberries for added their health benefits)

Mix ingredients in blender and ENJOY!
